Compliance Specialist - Main Branch (Full-time, Sioux City) RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supporting the overall compliance management program of the Credit Union to comply with the appropriate laws and regulations. Perform ongoing BSA/AML & fraud monitoring, investigate alerts, and oversee SAR and CTR processes. Real Estate Loan Processor - Main Branch (Full-time, Sioux City) RESPONSIBILITIES: Process mortgage loan files, collect, review and verify borrower documentation, ensure loan files meet regulatory guidelines and communicate with loan applicants about loan closings. Candidate refers the loans to Loan Officer for review and approval. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of previous lending, sales and real estate mortgage experience, knowledge of TRID compliance and consumer lending & mortgage/real estate markets.
