Real Estate Loan Processor

RESPONSIBILITIES: Process mortgage loan files, collect, review and verify borrower documentation, ensure loan files meet regulatory guidelines and communicate with loan applicants about loan closings. Candidate refers the loans to Loan Officer for review and approval.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of previous lending, sales and real estate mortgage experience, knowledge of TRID compliance and consumer lending & mortgage/real estate markets. Strong  communication skills and attention to detail. NMLS license required, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
