Nature of Work |
Performs a variety of professional and administrative duties in support of the day to day operations of a function, program, and/or department – this is not a secretarial position. Assists in program planning and development; interprets, monitors, and analyzes information regarding operating policies and procedures; administers budgets; and coordinates academic and/or staff personnel matters. Resolves problems that have a significant impact on the overall goals of the department.

Required Qualifications |
Associates Degree or work related experience.

Preferred Qualifications |
1. Advanced keyboarding skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Demonstrated ability to work well among diverse coworkers in a fast-paced environment. 3. The ability to manage and organize complex information; ability to use analysis and critical thinking skills to solve problems. 4. Good written and verbal communication skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information. 6. Excel, Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Canva experience. 7. Demonstrated ability to interact with the public in an effective manner with sensitive information. 8. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. 9. Minimum of two years of experience in a process driven environment. 10. Experience working with customer relations management (CRM) tools, such as Slate. 11. Experience working within student database systems, such as PeopleSoft. 12.
