Vote for Your Favorite Holiday Storefront in Downtown

SIOUX CITY, IOWA (October 24, 2025) - Downtown Partners is excited to announce the return of the Downtown Storefront Decorating Competition, bringing festive cheer and creative displays to Downtown Sioux City from November 24 through December 22, 2025.

Businesses and nonprofits throughout downtown will transform their windows into holiday works of art, helping to make the season bright for shoppers and visitors alike. If you are a Siouxland nonprofit and do not have a storefront in downtown, please contact Downtown Partners.

Registration is open through Monday, November 3, with window decorating to be completed by November 23, 2025. Community members are invited to vote online for their favorite storefront display at downtownsiouxcity.com beginning on Monday, November 24. Voting is open daily throughout the contest period, limited to one vote per person per day. A map of participating storefronts will be available.

The storefront with the most community support will earn a $500 donation to the Siouxland nonprofit organization of their choice. Thanks to the additional generosity of RE/MAX Experience, there will be additional chances to win $250, $100 and $50 prizes. Winners will be announced on December 31, 2025 via social media.
