Special Screening of Nightbitch, starring Amy Adams on Saturday, March 29 at 7pm

Join the Sioux City International Film Festival -- as part of the Women in the Arts Festival -- for a special screening of Nightbitch, starring Amy Adams on Saturday, March 29 at 7pm at the ACX Promenade Cinema. Author Rachel Yoder will be on hand to talk about her book and its movie adaptation.

The Sioux City International Film Festival, held annually the first weekend of October, will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary in 2025! The theme for this year is "Adaptation: From Page to Screen," and we are kicking things off early by bringing in Rachel Yoder, author of the book Nightbitch, which has recently been made into a film starring Amy Adams. On March 29 at 7pm at ACX Promenade Cinema, we will screen the film then open the floor for a Q&A with the author to talk about her writing process and how the book was adapted from the page to the screen.

This event is part of the larger Women in the Arts Festival running in March and April in various arts locations around Sioux City.

Tickets are free but seating is limited, so reserve your ticket soon! Get tickets here: https://filmfreeway.com/SiouxCityFilmFestival/tickets. For more information:  https://www.siouxcityfilmfest.org/
