2024 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award
After completing a rigorous review process, Floyd Senior Living in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, earned the 2024 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL).
Based on stringent criteria of the Baldridge Performance Excellence Program, the awards recognize Floyd Senior Living’s dedication to ensure the community is delivering the highest quality long-term and post-acute care services to seniors.
The 2024 awards will be presented at the AHCA/NCAL’s 75th National Quality Award Convention in October 2024. The annual award honors association members across the nation that have demonstrated their commitment to improving quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
