Boys Town is seeking a dedicated In-Home Family Services Consultant to provide valuable intervention services to children and their families. ?? Position: Full-Time
?? Pay Rate: Starting at $19 - $22/hr + Hiring Bonus ($2,000)
? Shift: Non-traditional hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide in-home intervention using a skill-based, solution-focused approach
? Develop and maintain relationships with families and community service providers
? Screen and assess families for program eligibility and service planning
? Provide crisis intervention, behavioral support, and life skills coaching
? Assist families in accessing community resources and services
? Offer transportation to families as needed (mileage reimbursed)
? Conduct and document case reviews, reports, and updates

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience
? Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and families
? Valid driver’s license and ability to provide transportation
? Availability for rotational crisis response, including evenings and weekends
? Ability to meet auto insurance and MVR check requirements
? Bilingual skills may be required in some areas
