Position Summary
Mid-Step Services, a non-profit organization serving the needs of children and adults who have intellectual disabilities, is seeking an experienced Director of Operations who is passionate about our mission and able to lead our organization with excellence. The Director of Operations will be responsible for conducting the affairs of the company in the development, coordination, control and direction of business practices and procedures necessary for the accurate, efficient reporting and management of the company’s business transactions. 

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the long range plans of the corporation.
Administer the company’s insurance programs, both business and worker’s compensation.
Control and coordinate operations and activities; approve operating plans.
Supervises the operation of maintenance, building services and business services.
Submit the annual budgets, proposed capital, and extraordinary expenditures.
Professional Qualifications:

Must possess as a minimum, a four-year degree in Business Administration or Accounting.  A Master’s degree is preferred.  A minimum of three years of experience in the business administration/finance field.
