Description
Fraud and financial scams are becoming more sophisticated, making it more important than ever for financial institutions to stay informed and prepared. Sgt. Zach Lewis with the Sioux City Police Department will provide bank employees with the latest intelligence on fraud schemes and scams affecting financial institutions both locally and across the country. Learn how criminals are targeting customers, identify emerging fraud trends, and hear real-world examples from law enforcement.
This forum will also cover best practices for recognizing and reporting suspicious activity, provide an opportunity for questions and discussion with the Sioux City Police Department, and equip attendees with valuable information they can share with their own teams and customers to help prevent fraud before it happens.
This forum is designed for employees of Chamber member financial institutions, though all Chamber members are welcome to attend. There is no cost to participate, but registration is required.
