DESCRIPTION:Join us as we celebrate Siouxland Habitat for Humanity's 25-year anniversary as a Chamber member. \n\n\n\nSiouxland Habitat for Humanity seeks to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes\, communities\, and hope. They serve five counties   Woodbury\, Plymouth\, Sioux\, Dakota and Union   and since their establishment in 1992\, they have helped make homeownership possible for more than 70 area families. They work with their partner families to provide a "hand up" not a "hand out". Their families go through a selection process and must meet certain criteria to move forward with homeownership including\, having an income between 40-80% of the area median incomes\, have the ability to pay an affordable mortgage\, and be willing to partner with us through sweat equity and participation in educational classes.
