DESCRIPTION:RE/MAX City Centre \n\n712 Fourth Street\, Sioux City\n\n \n\nThe Siouxland Chamber of Commerce partnered with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation to host a civics competition that encourages young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities.\n\n\n\nIn the first round of the contest\, local 6th\, 7th\, and 8th grade students participated in an essay competition.  Judges selected 20 finalists to participate in the local live quiz event on April 7th to test their civics knowledge.  The top three winners will move on to the state competition in August. \n\n\n\nFIRST PLACE - $500 CASH PRIZE\n\nSECOND PLACE - $250 CASH PRIZE\n\nTHIRD PLACE - $125 CASH PRIZE\n\n \n\nWe would love to have you come and support our 20 local finalists on April 7th.
